Return Policy

All return requests must be authorized in advance within 10 days of your receipt, and returned insured & post paid. Returns received without authorization will be refused. Items that have been customized are nonrefundable.

Any stock Beer Mug (excluding customizations) may be authorized for return within 10 days, received insured and post paid for a complete refund. (minus shipping)

First, the item you have ordered is an original artist's rendering from your submitted photos, comments and often inscribed. Therefore it is nonrefundable, unlike a shirt that can be exchanged or resold. We set up your photos and sculpt from them, interpreting what we see into our medium (sculpture on mugs). We cannot guarantee that you or the recipient will like our interpretation. (Picasso probably had this same problem!). Nor are we liable to meet your expectations. However, your Custom Mug is an accurate representation in form and style of the work you saw and ordered from, at our shows and on this site.

Second, we can only sculpt what we can see, therefore your photos are directly related to the final outcome. We are very specific regarding the quantity (2-3), size (face larger than 1" dia.) and views ( front faced & profile) of photos we require for best results. We rate your photos accordingly. A poor rating (2 of 3 criteria not met) is beyond our control. Re-sculpting requires a 20 % fee plus shipping and additional photos & critique. With a good rating (all 3 criteria met) the problem is usually a subjective opinion about the likeness, flattery, humorousness, "not what I thought" etc. There is no "Satisfaction Guarantee" stated or implied on our brochure or on this site. To show appreciation however, we offer re-sculpts, due to subjective opinions (with a good photo rating) as a COURTESY. By so doing, we in no way assume liability for your satisfaction. You may even like the first mug better!! In that event, the first mug would require purchasing to be reshipped. In all cases, we try to do our very best no matter what photos you provide!
